Sachtler is a worldwide market leader of premium camera support systems for broadcast and cinematography production. Together with the hottest cameras by Sony, Blackmagic Design, Panasonic, ARRI, Canon etc., the fast, robust and reliable Sachtler tripod heads, tripods and pedestals help cameramen all over the world to provide stunning footage
The web application that we inherited already had been built by 2 web agencies with an infinite number or problems. The client had a go-live date in mind. When we received the application, it only had a high-level list of issues and without any documentation. About 4 freelancers had worked on the solution before it landed in our lap.
We took an immediate deep dive with load test, blackbox functional testing to identify a final list of known issues. All the issues were solved in the duration of 2 calendar months. The client went live with the solution as they had a huge marketing event planned. Subsequently, we re-architected the system and did another deployment with all the features the client had in mind.
