There are 3 typical engagement models we have with our clients. Fixed price - where the scope of work is fixed with a defined start and end to the project. Retainer - typically used for support contracts, its based on a minimum number of billable hours per month. Full time equivalants. one or more development resources are assigned to clients on a full time or part time basis. these are billed on rate per month basis.
