Tangerine Digital Entertainment, part of Network 18 / TV 18, specialises in providing end-to-end content solutions for the digital media. It wanted to create a virtual campus for students to interact and network with each other. Using Microsoft .Net Icreon delivered a social networking website that provides students across India, an online platform with adequate tools and functionality to upload a variety content like, music, films, photos, etc. Students register to create their profiles and manage online user communities etc.
For a UK based client we developed an online DVD rentals web application. The solution was a combination of a desktop module - to store and manage the online DVD catalogues, processorders, manage website content etc, and a web module - that allows customers to register with the website, browse through the DVD catalogues and order movies online. All movie information is fetched from a third-party database that has been integrated with the solution. The administrator need not manually create their DVD catalogues.
Trustedlets, run by a UK based entrepreneur, wanted a web based solution to provide a platform for landlords and tenants to interact and simplify the process of identifying, assessing and selecting prospects. The solution required a rating system to enable both landlords and tenants to build their reputation on the basis of ratings received. These ratings would function as tools to assess the potential of a landlord or a tenant. Using Microsoft.Net Icreon designed and developed trustedlets.
The client wanted a community/online dating site for single horse lovers with a love for country life. Using Joomla Icreon delivered an application including a public website and admin console. Users could register on the public website and avail site utilities to enhance their dating experience. The application provides facilities like e-mail, send a kiss, hot list, blacklist, Room chat, 1-1 chat, etc. It offers directory listing to business users and extensive user management to keep track of registered users.
LetsAllShare is an online social network for collaboration that we developed for a UK based entrepreneur. The website provides a platform for people to create communities and their items, services and recommendations with members belonging to their communities. The lender can control the terms of sharing by charging a fee, restricting availability to specific communities . A feedback mechanism has been integrated with the solution enabling lenders and borrowers to rate each other at the end of the lending period. The solution includes an administrator module that allows the administrator to monitor the website.
Tarncourt wanted to create an online presence which set them apart from their competitors. They wanted a website which would allow them to grow the asset value of the business, to become part of their sales collateral and to help build their brand. Tarncourt also wanted a way to promote the Peter Alan Dickson Foundation which is dedicated to providing support to victims of disasters and those who are unablet to take advantage of educational opportunities
Amerrycan theatre is Britian's only professional American Theatre Company. Amerrycan theatre needed a website which they could promote their ongoing theatre productions. As the information on the site was going to be updated on a regular basis the site was developed using an opensource CMS. Icreon continue to host and support the amerrycan theatre website.
The Premium Purveyor are retailers of specialist and fine quality wines and spirits. They are aiming at the higher end of the market, with some of their products being very exclusive. Icreon also set up 2 Micro-sites, one which was for Deutsche Bank, allowing employees to purchase their products at a special discounted price. The website also has packaged, bundled and cross-selling sales techniques included.
Core Compass wanted to create a private online environment designed to provide insights, private trusted forums and tools to help its members frame their business issues, solve problems and pursue new business opportunities. The website enables participants to gain practical “core” knowledge, collaborate with their business peers, and gain key insights that help them avoid “reinventing the wheel”. The site facilitates the Core Compass team's ability to actively moderate and focus content and discussions so that its members enjoy the same kind of professional and high impact experience that they would find at a well run conference or executive program. The Core Compass website has been developed using Joomla 1.5 and vBulletin.
