Maxill a canada based company supplying dental and other medical products required a solution that would allow them to streamline all sales and customer related activities. They wanted to move from their desktop system to an on online based solution, All product, orders and customer information was being managed through Sage Accpac. Maxill wanted this information accessible to them from the online system.

Sibbelink, a Netherlands based company, wanted a web-based solution to enable users to share important life events with friends and family. Users also needed facilities for creating and publishing announcements and making online payments for publication. Using PHP/My SQL Icreon delivered a website that enabled users to make online announcements of births, marriages and deaths in their families and receive comments and feedback from visitors. Backend modules were developed for administrators to manage and maintain the website.

H & K International make kitchen equipment for well known brands such as McDonalds, Subway and IKEA globally. We developed an application to track complex telephone orders (eg - design and fit out a new restaurant) through all tasks required to get the job done. Developed in PHP/MySQL with Ajax and integrated with Active Directory

Bombayduck, UK based company, wanted to upgrade their online storefront with additional features and functionalities. They also needed to synchronise the online storefront with their offline CRM application. Icreon delivered a revamped storefront built using Joomla! and VirtueMart open source packages. These were customised to Bombayduck’s requirements. XML feeds were used to transfer information between the storefront and the CRM application and new/updated feeds were identified via a synchronization process that checked for feeds at specified time intervals.

Totally Fitness, a UK based firm, specialises in fitness equipment for gyms, schools, hotels etc. They retail their products through various offline stores and also an online storefront. Total Fitness wanted to develop and add more features to their online storefront. They also required the online store to be integrated with the NetSuite CRM software that they were using to manage their back-office operations. Icreon provided an E-Commerce based solution and allocated dedicated resources to execute and deliver these tasks.

Prime Travels, India's leading travel company, offers a complete range of international travel services to customers within and outside India. Prime Travels wanted to go online and provide 24/7 service to customers through their site. Icreon designed and developed Primetravels.com using ASP / Microsoft SQL Server. The site offers online booking facilities and secure payment options for hotels, flights, cars, cruises, and tour packages. It also offers real-time airline reservations bookings through Abacus CRS chat facility.

India Art Mart, one of the few virtual businesses, that has been successful since inception, retails various forms of Indian art. It has on offer a vast range of collectibles, something to appeal to the taste of any art lover. As part of its expansion strategy, India Art Mart required an online storefront. Using E-Commerce Icreon developed IndiaArtMart.com, a scalable and user-centric storefront with easy-to-use features that allow customers to check product listings and place orders.

Elvy Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd is a reputed exporter of premium handicrafts and home products to countries around the world. Their clients include international retail chains as well as the world's leading catalogue marketing companies. Perceiving India as one of the largest international shopping destinations in the world Elvy Lifestyle entered the Indian retail segment with an innovative concept -- an Online Mail Order Catalogue for customers to buy simple items such as groceries.

We have customised Microsoft SharePoint to develop a knowledgebase and customer support portal for CRMConsultants Inc., an IT consulting firm. In this instance customization involved creating a central site (or knowledge base) that could be used by employees to populate News, Tips & Tricks, Help and Customer Experiences pertaining to the Microsoft CRM software (being offered by our client to their customers). We have also developed SharePoint Customer and Support portals that can be accessed by the client.

Care India, part of CARE, one of the world's leading organizations fighting global poverty, has provided support to over 6.5 million individuals across 100,000 villages. Their work concerns empowering women and vulnerable groups. Care India wanted to revamp its website and automate the process of adding and uploading content. Using Microsoft .Net Icreon delivered them with a centralized Content Management System. Back-end interfaces made it more convenient for administrators to manage content appearing on the website.

American Association on Mental Retardation (AAMR) founded in 1876, is a US based organisation providing help and support to people with intellectual and developmental difficulties. It is also involved in publishing. AAMR wanted to revamp their online book store and had an eye on improved performance, enhanced functionalities for customers and automation of the process of publishing content to the website. Using Microsoft .Net Icreon delivered a revamped website with back-end modules thus enabling administrators to manage the online storefront.

AF IT & Consulting Services Ltd., an Ireland based company, provides consultancy services in IT, Internet and Telecommunications. It required a web based application to manage its clients from a central location and provide them with an online platform to log and view status of calls. Icreon developed a PHP based online ticketing system. Front-end interfaces allowed clients to log in their queries. Back-end interfaces helped administrators track queries logged by clients. An extensive reporting module was integrated with the application.

Cranleigh needed a website that would help them to engage with its community of students, parents, staff and donors. The school holds many internal and external events (eg school trips, sports events and concerts) and the administrative overhead of keeping everyone informed of schedules and changes was significant. The website also needs to act as a marketing tool, providing prospective parents and students with a detailed, positive understanding of school life at Cranleigh.
