Retainers Support & Maintainence
The retainer model is typically used in support contracts. A fixed number of billable hours is prebooked with our development team each month. This helps us plan our resources enabling us to have Service Level agreements on how quickly we respond to support issues or work requests. The level of billable hours can be reviewed periodically. if the number of hours is exceeded in any month then a small additional charge is added to compensate for the resource planning overhead.
