Trustedlets, run by a UK based entrepreneur, wanted a web based solution to provide a platform for landlords and tenants to interact and simplify the process of identifying, assessing and selecting prospects. The solution required a rating system to enable both landlords and tenants to build their reputation on the basis of ratings received. These ratings would function as tools to assess the potential of a landlord or a tenant. Using Microsoft.Net Icreon designed and developed trustedlets.

We delivered a real estate portal for HomesAlone a UK based Real Estate Agent. The website allows property owners, dealers, agents etc to register with the website and list their properties. Property Seekers can, in turn, register to buy or rent the listed properties. Dealers, agents etc have access to the database of property seekers, allowing them to carry out targeted campaigns. Another feature of the website is that property seekers can register to receive SMS/MMS or e-mail alerts for available properties. HomesAlone are provided with an administrator module to perform site administration tasks.

A UK based company wanted a real estate portal to showcase property deals. They also needed to synchronise their offline data. Icreon delivered a website using CRM / PHP / MY SQL. Backend management is taken care of by advanced CMS, with more than 10 modules for different sections of the site. A basic CRM helps manage leads generated through the website. Icreon also developed APIs to synchronise offline data to online database and vice versa.

Tarncourt wanted to create an online presence which set them apart from their competitors. They wanted a website which would allow them to grow the asset value of the business, to become part of their sales collateral and to help build their brand. Tarncourt also wanted a way to promote the Peter Alan Dickson Foundation which is dedicated to providing support to victims of disasters and those who are unablet to take advantage of educational opportunities

Winkworth started selling properties in London and the country in 1835. Now they have franchisees licensing their brand all over the world. They wanted a dynamic search engine friendly website with advanced search and content management capabilities that would increase the number of viewings and hence sales. We developed the new website using PHP and MySQL and integrated it with their internal property management system.

Sunbelt Network operate a franchise model for selling businesses and needed a CRM to manage all their sales and marketing processes.  A huge project, we  used the open source version of SugarCRM as the foundation. It  integrates with 25 websites and is used by 3000+ users, mostly brokers based in 300+ offices across 10 countries.
