Background

Tarncourt are an investment company founded in April 2008. Tarncourt has interests in commercial real estate, commercial real estate development and venue capital investments.

Requirements

Tarncourt wanted to create an online presence which set them apart from their competitors. They wanted a website which would allow them to grow the asset value of the business, to become part of their sales collateral and to help build their brand.
Tarncourt also wanted a way to promote the Peter Alan Dickson Foundation which is dedicated to providing support to victims of disasters and those who are unablet to take advantage of educational opportunities.

What we did

We provided a corporate but creative website which complimented their brand as a professional and credible company. The website contains the following features: • Related RSS Feeds pulled from business and charity news • Dynamic investment properly map, allowing Tarncourt to add property details easily • Creative assets to promote the funding channels for the charity • Download module to allow visitors easy access to the grant programme for the foundation • CMS driven to allow easy management of entire site by the Tarncourt team

Results

The client was extremely pleased with the end result. A content managed website was delivered to allow them to promote their relatively new company online. The website gives users very quick access to information about Tarncourt investments and also conveys the dedication the organisation has to increasing opportunities for users who either through poverty or other circumstances are not able to take advantage of educational opportunities.
