DEY, L.P., a US based pharmaceutical company involved in manufacture and sale of airway therapies and allergy drugs for respiratory diseases wanted a software solution for training its sales personnel across the US. DEY felt knowledge of the company’s products and sales and marketing strategies would result in effective sales pitches. Using Microsoft .Net Icreon delivered a web based learning management system with a common platform for trainers to schedule and conduct training sessions and sales personnel to participate in.
HLCL, a leading manufacturer of leather processing chemicals, wanted to implement SAP Business One across their manufacturing units and head office, so as to integrate disparate business systems into a single unit. The SAP Business One implementation involved an in-depth study of HLCL
H & K International manufacture industrial kitchen equipment for McDonalds and Subway. As part of their ISO requirements, they needed to track and resolve quality issues and put in processes to stop them occurring again. We developed a web application to track all Non-Conformance Reports received by Customer Support and facilitates and reports on all activities taken throughout the business to resolve. H&K International, a leading supplier of kitchen equipment, wanted to upgrade their legacy system (being used for internal project management) to a newer technology. Additionally, their existing e-commerce website was to be revamped to provide improved features such as online ordering and recurring orders. H&K teamed with Icreon to achieve this. Based on the requirements Icreon designed and developed the solution on the .Net framework. The solution provides H&K with a better and more efficient means to manage their business processes.
