Pure360 are a leading Email Marketing Solutions provider, serving thousands of clients including Go Compare, Rightmove and Innocent Drinks. They used an old version of SugarCRM to manage their sales team and track the effectiveness of their marketing activities.  We rebuilt SugarCRM using the latest version, migrating the customised fields and ported across their data.

We have customised Microsoft SharePoint to develop a knowledgebase and customer support portal for CRMConsultants Inc., an IT consulting firm. In this instance customization involved creating a central site (or knowledge base) that could be used by employees to populate News, Tips & Tricks, Help and Customer Experiences pertaining to the Microsoft CRM software (being offered by our client to their customers). We have also developed SharePoint Customer and Support portals that can be accessed by the client.

HLCL, a leading manufacturer of leather processing chemicals, wanted to implement SAP Business One across their manufacturing units and head office, so as to integrate disparate business systems into a single unit. The SAP Business One implementation involved an in-depth study of HLCL

H & K International make kitchen equipment for well known brands such as McDonalds, Subway and IKEA globally. We developed an application to track complex telephone orders (eg - design and fit out a new restaurant) through all tasks required to get the job done. Developed in PHP/MySQL with Ajax and integrated with Active Directory    

A UK based company wanted a real estate portal to showcase property deals. They also needed to synchronise their offline data. Icreon delivered a website using CRM / PHP / MY SQL. Backend management is taken care of by advanced CMS, with more than 10 modules for different sections of the site. A basic CRM helps manage leads generated through the website. Icreon also developed APIs to synchronise offline data to online database and vice versa.

OZmobi, a project of The Waterside Pty Ltd, an Australia based organisation, was a response to the need was for a web application for mobiles. For clients to post business details, register online .mobi domains, surf .mobi sites offering details on Australia, blog and even vote. Icreon delivered OZmobi, a Mobile / PHP / My SQL / CRM based solution which supports all mobile handsets. Domain Registration involved 3rd party integration. Plex API was integrated for physical hosting.

AF IT & Consulting Services Ltd., an Ireland based company, provides consultancy services in IT, Internet and Telecommunications. It required a web based application to manage its clients from a central location and provide them with an online platform to log and view status of calls. Icreon developed a PHP based online ticketing system. Front-end interfaces allowed clients to log in their queries. Back-end interfaces helped administrators track queries logged by clients. An extensive reporting module was integrated with the application.

Maxill a canada based company supplying dental and other medical products required a solution that would allow them to streamline all sales and customer related activities. They wanted to move from their desktop system to an on online based solution, All product, orders and customer information was being managed through Sage Accpac. Maxill wanted this information accessible to them from the online system.

Our client, Mediscribes, was looking for a solution that would allow them to integrate all their sales and customer related activities into single centralized unit thereby increasing operational efficiency. Mediscribes were using multiple means to store and track such information and wanted to do away with the problems that arose from tracking activities and collating information from these multiple sources. They opted for SugarCRM to achieve this. Mediscribes approached Icreon to customize SugarCRM to reflect their business processes.
