Our solution

After detailed research into the sector and a close examination of the project’s requirements, we designed and developed an advanced web-enabled application through which the entire leasing process could be conducted with ease – involving the collaboration of a number of different parties including dealers, managers and administrators. A distinct but integrated module was developed for every aspect of the process, including:

Contracting :divided in to Retail (where customers interact with authorised dealers) and Asset (where customers interact with leasing companies). Before the contracting process begins, the leasing company's designated administrators can perform the following tasks:

• Manage workflows and assign tasks
• Create amortisation plans to calculate installment details
• Manage and tag documents
• Enter customer details
• Add the details of the assets to be leased
• Enter payment details
• View the details of credit applications
• Send credit applications for approval (Retail contracting only)
• Approve contracts
• Add delivery details

Contract management : contracts can be amended (with approval) by the customer or leasing company.

Stock financing : dealers can seek assistance from leasing companies to stock their assets.

Re-financing : leasing companies can automate the process re-financing their contracts through banking partners.

Commission management : processing payments to dealers or other agencies for handling contracts.

As well as making the leasing process more efficient, the application itself can be managed very efficiently because it allows technical administrators with basic programming skills to make ongoing updates as required.
